Recently I have been polishing and fine tuning much of my previous work, which is always a challenge given my frantic coding habits.
I type very fast, over 100wpm, on an old mechanical keyboard.. My poor girlfriend!
Anyways, I've updated the blog to include much more modern styling- code blocks, spoilers, all the goodies!
There's also a really epic "total lines of code" counter on the homepage- really like this feature.
When you click on it, it will do a live-refresh of the code count, otherwise it caches it and does a refresh once a day for efficiency.
Some other major fixes include the mouse now working on the scroll bar (surprise, its no longer a scroll bar!)
There was a bug where the cursor would freeze when the user dragged on the scroll bar, very persistent and difficult to fix, so I'm really glad that's figured out.
Unfortunately I will still have to update the shop, achievements, and code block to work with this, but for the time being it's functional.
and signficant mouse pet behavior overhauls- oops, did I say mouse pet??
